Evidence-based therapy for all ages, tailored to individual needs.

The Stress & Trauma Clinic offers specialised, evidence-based trauma therapy through both traditional 50-minute appointments and immersive EMDR Intensives.

Our clinicians work with children, adolescents, and adults using tailored treatment approaches designed to support meaningful recovery. EMDR Intensives are delivered over 1–5 days (approximately 6 hours per day), providing an alternative to standard weekly therapy for suitable clients.
